However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily provide a replacement or refund, subject to the conditions below.

Replacement & Refund Conditions

  • You must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please share details along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging at info@parasbaagh.com
  • Once our team validates the issue, a replacement order or refund will be processed immediately.
  • Requests received after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders placed on the Parasbaagh website cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • In case of accidental duplicate payment or order errors, please reach out to our support team immediately, and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
